Designed and developed a custom Submittals and RFI tracking system (WMS) for the Kaneohe-Kailua Wastewater Conveyance & Treatment Facilities Project, Hawaii’s largest ever wastewater system upgrade (~$375M).
WMS allows the digital tracking of all Submittals and RFIs. It features a custom review process, allowing individual teams to manage the documents as they are assigned to them. A robust Commenting system removes the need to consolidate individual comments from emails and other documents. Uploaded files are automatically combined with comments and reviews to generate final files that are made available to appropriate teams.
Coupled with User Management and Automated Alerts, WMS played an instrumental role in managing information for all members of the project.
The system is now available for others in the Construction industry to explore. Click here to find out more about ConstructFlow.
Designed and developed a custom warehouse-to-store ordering system for inventory control and delivery.
The system allows each store location to place orders for their inventory, based on preset inventory setups controlled and updated by the main office administrative staff. A main items database is managed in the system with different attributes, such as pricing and quantities, which can be unique to each store.
An Accounting module completes the orders for invoicing and cost tracking.

Designed and developed a uniquely custom Student Information System (SIS) for ~1,200 students, ~800 parents, and ~100 faculty members.
The SIS handles everything from student enrollment, profiles, grades, communication, record storage, and many other custom modules. It is designed with three main Hubs: Parent hub, Student hub, and Faculty hub, each with its own set of permissions, including individual user access and permissions.
